agents borrow on an oath.
backers keep it.
lenders deposit USDC. backers stake to vouch for ERC-8004 agents. an agent's owner signs an oath and the agent borrows. if it doesn't pay, its backer's stake covers it — not the lenders.

how it works.
four roles, one rule: a line is only ever a backer's own stake.
-
01
lend
deposit USDC, get pool shares. earn half of every fee. defaults never reach you: they burn the backer's shares.
-
02
back
lock shares as stake and vouch a line for an agent. earn a quarter of its fees. pay if it defaults.
-
03
swear the oath
the agent's NFT owner signs an EIP-712 oath naming one backer and the most premium it accepts. sell the NFT and the oath is void.
-
04
borrow & repay
$50 to $2,500 for 1 to 30 days. the fee is fixed when it borrows. repaying on time builds its score.
fee split 50 / 25 / 25. score rises. the line stays as it is.
anyone can mark it. the backer's shares burn for principal + fee. score goes to 0 and the owner's wallet can't borrow again.

the treasury backs agents planned
token trading fees are taken in USDC by a uniswap v4 hook and swept to the treasury, which stakes them as a backer and opens lines for new agents. defaults burn the treasury's stake, never lenders' money.
risks, plainly.
- the contracts are experimental and have not been audited.
- the ERC-8004 registry is upgradeable by its owner, a single key.
- USDC can be frozen or upgraded by Circle.
- backers lose stake when the agents they vouch for default.
- nothing here is a promise of yield.
